Before your transaction can be completed, you must read and agree to these terms and conditions (“Terms”). By applying for access and or services from this website (“Website”), you are agreeing to these terms and conditions, and you are agreeing to be legally bound by them. - Subscriber data is for internal use only and will be treated confidential.

- Subscriber’s credit card will be billed immediately after purchase.
- After purchase, subscriber will receive an email notification with all payment details. The contract is closed between customer and the online shop on this Website as soon as the order is submitted
- All orders will be processed immediately.
- All questions will be answered within two (2) working days.
- We recommend printing out the transaction data and Terms and to keep them at an easily accessible place.

- Definitions

- “Website Billing” may mean Bridgemaze Group LLC, Sonesta Technologies S.R.O., or any of the companies billing the subscriber including any additional billing companies used by Website Billing.
- “Aylo Premium” or “Controller” shall mean Aylo Premium Ltd, the controller of this Website (as defined below).
- “Bookmarking” shall mean a URL placed into a temporary file on the subscriber’s browser so that the subscriber may return to that page at a future date without having to type in its username and password.
- “Member” or “Membership” shall mean the subscriber or user of a valid username and password for the website during the term of membership.
- “Subscriber” shall mean the user of the services of this Website and holder of a valid username and password for this Website.
- “Website” shall mean the website for which a Subscriber is purchasing a username and password to access the website and its materials and obtain the benefits of membership.

- RefundsRefunds for purchases or recurring charges may be requested by contacting customer support. Refunds or credits will not be issued for partially used Memberships. Cancellation of all future recurring billing may be requested in accordance with Section 9, Cancellation.Refund Eligibility by Payment MethodTo ensure consistency and transparency, Aylo Billing applies refund eligibility timeframes and conditions based on the payment method used, as outlined below:
- Credit Card Payments
For payments made via credit card, refund requests must be submitted within 120 days of the original transaction date. On a case-by-case basis and at Aylo Billing’s sole discretion, all refund requests are reviewed and processed. Approval of one refund does not imply any obligation to approve future requests. - Alternative Payment Methods (e.g., Gift Cards, Cryptocurrency)
For transactions completed using alternative payment methods, such as gift cards or cryptocurrency, refunds or reversals can only be initiated if technically feasible. Requests must be received within 90 days of the payment date and are evaluated exclusively at Aylo Billing’s discretion. Due to the nature of these methods, refunds may not always be possible.
